Questions we get
Which pack do I need?
Match the voltage of your motor controller. A 48V system takes the 48V pack and a 72V system takes the 72V pack. If the label on your controller is unclear, send a photo to sales@pedicabbatteries.com and we will tell you.
What connector is on it?
An Anderson high-current plug on a short lead. If your cab runs a different plug, email us before it ships and we will sort it out.
How fast does it ship?
Next business day from our Michigan warehouse. Orders placed on a weekend go out Monday. We email you when it ships.
Do you sell by the pallet?
Yes. Fleets are most of our business. Send the fleet form with how many of each you need and we will quote it, freight included in the number we send.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through Stripe and takes major cards. Pallet orders go through the fleet quote.
